Update as of October 15th 2024. I want to thank all the maintenance team at Cimmarron Lakes for their non stop, exhausting efforts to ensure debris from Hurricane Helene and Hurricane Milton (and Debby) were done quickly and making sure we had access to our homes. They were on site the next morning cutting tree limbs, clearing huge amounts of tree branches and debris and still maintained a smile and wave while doing all the extreme clean up. They don’t have a leasing office. I’ve called 5 different times in the last 2 weeks and left several messages and nobody answers or ever calls back. Don’t bother trying to move here not even sure they have staff in their leasing office. Sad experience when their website makes everything look good.
I’ve lived here for almost three years and have been very satisfied for the most part. Maintenance responds quickly to any issues and are friendly and very accommodating. Management has changed 3 times but for the better, for sure. The grounds are well maintained and it’s a quiet, serene place to reside. I would recommend.
WARNING!! THE WALLS ARE SO THIN YOU CAN HEAR YOUR NEIGHBORS CONVERSATIONS VERY CLEARLY ! I DON'T RECOMMEND LIVING HERE. SMALL DEPRESSING LITTLE APARTMENT with rundown horrible kitchen and old carpet! I moved in oct 2004 and it hasn't changed in 20 years!!
Great staff from the owner to maintenance especially the great office personal from Jessica to Carol and everyone else. Great place to call home
