Lived here for 6 years. Would absolutely recommend! Peace and quiet and maintenance team makes the complex look good!
Very nice place to live! Loved all the Shade surrounding the Apts.. Most Shade I've found in the Sunshine State.
Absolutely loved living here! Renewed 3 times and only left due to being relocated for work. Super pretty grounds, really nice staff and the perfect location, 8 minutes from downtown and 10 from UTC.
The property is very well cared for with respect to maintenance and grounds keeping. There is also a good security measure in place for the safety of the residents. I highly recommend this affordable housing property if you want a 1 or 2 bedroom apartment. Its very fair for the cost of living. Friendly staff and club parties are a regular thing on holidays and other special occasions.
Very good apartments, I love them, and the attention of the office clerk Linet is the best.
