I have renewed my lease 3 times here at Cimarron Lakes. Great place to live. It is a beautiful park setting with nice apartments. Maintenance and managers and staff are very attentive and caring. Always quiet and the grounds are always litter-free, well kept.
Lived here for 6 years. Would absolutely recommend! Peace and quiet and maintenance team makes the complex look good!
Very nice place to live! Loved all the Shade surrounding the Apts.. Most Shade I've found in the Sunshine State.
Absolutely loved living here! Renewed 3 times and only left due to being relocated for work. Super pretty grounds, really nice staff and the perfect location, 8 minutes from downtown and 10 from UTC.
