Horrible residential service, lack of care for residents. AC unit has been broken with no sign of anyone fixing, mind you its the middle of June. They gave me a portable temp AC that doesn't even fit in windows. Bathroom tub fails to drain all water in time. Look elsewhere if you have options.
Lived here for nearly 2 years. It was an ok place to live at first, but then it switched management around October and the quality of service really worsened. Once, they lost record of my rent payment that I was in the form of a money order and I had to go in person to show proof that I paid my rent (I normally pay via the online pay portal but when the management switched hands they had everyone pay in either cash, check, or money order) and I can only imagine how annoying that would have been if I didn’t have the foresight... read more
They were prompt in sending someone out and Christian was super nice and was quick in figuring out and fixing the issue.
Kate was an incredible help while my fiance and I looked at a unit here. She was over the top helpful, friendly and was very knowledgeable with everything. If there was something she didn't know off the top of her head she immediately took the time to find the answer and was very open with every aspect of the process of applying and moving in. I look forward to hopefully Cimarron Hills becoming our new home.
Kate was amazing showing the apartments. Im excited to hopefully move in during the summer!
