Stay away from Cimarron! Bought a new in the box Cimarron Pre War P SA Revolver 4.75in .44 Special. When I rec'd the gun, the wood grips were chipped around the Cimarron medallions. Obviously a factory flaw. I have been in touch with Cimarron's service department for over a year, and keep getting the story that gun is under warranty but they don't have any grips and don't know when they're going to get them. My new Piette SAA revolver lock up is so bad that the gun is unsafe. Really poor quality. I’m assuming I just got a bad one. The real issue is I can’t get anyone at cimarron to talk to me. It’s under warranty, but no one will return calls or emails. BBB complaint is next.
