Completely unethical company. They did a terrible job on our very expensive pool and refused to stand by their work. We ultimately had to hire another company to fix their mistakes. They may be skilled in other areas, but if you’re looking for a reputable, reliable pool company, I strongly encourage you to look elsewhere.

Was at QT today and was going to park, but two employees from this company decided to park their truck and trailer across four parking spots. They couldn't be bothered to park along the side where everyone else with trailers park. Blatant disregard for others isn't a way to get business.

Working with this company has been a total disappointment from top to bottom. We've had at least three pool cleaners, each one more disappointing than the last. One even told me that he had too many pools on his schedule to tend to ours properly, so even with weekly service, our pool had constant algae. When I confronted him about this, he told me that pools need to be fully drained and refilled after five years, otherwise, the chemical treatments that keep algae in check won't work.
