I would absolutely avoid Cimarron. If, on the off chance your new home has no warranty or repair issues, you might be okay, but the customer service is abysmal. The company does not reply to emails, and you can’t get through by phone. Cimarron does not stand by its work: a window in our new house was cracked at the base, and Cimarron claimed it wasn’t warrantable.
