Beware!!! AWFUL! Save yourself! BEWARE!! Worst place to ever live. Management....ha that is funny. People in the office are only there Monday through Friday. Nobody answers returns calls on the weekend phone line. Rude and unprofessional. Don't bother trying to deal with them or request anything be fixed because they retaliate with threats of fines and outrageous fees. Trash all over the grounds. The Truth About Cimarron Apartments this complex is for people who have average stations in life. They are the on the cheaper side of independence, so walking around at night might not be the smartest of things. but they are friendly, affordable, and allow one children to go to a great school. if needed I'd move back in a heartbeat.
Its Altogether Not A Bad Place.. Its Just Ugh. Lol THE ROACHES Omg THE ROACHES !! You Might As Well Introduce Them When You Have Company. I Clean My Floors And Everything With Bleach And Bug Spray And Its Like Their Immuned. Ive Had An Issue With The Wash House Where My Clothes Were Placed Outside Of The Dryer Dont Know How When I Was THE ONLY ONE WASHING !? I Had An Incident Where I Physically Seen The Shadow Of 2 Guys Twisting My Doorknob Asked The Office If It Was Maintenance And They Said Maintenance Hasnt Been Nowhere N... read more

Drug and Crime Activity First of all when I called about an apartment the lady told me that she would require copies of my social security card and drivers license to prove that I was who I said I was. There is absolutely no reason whatsoever that anyone would need a copy of my social security card. I continued to ask why they would need a copy and she said because corporate required it. My first place My apartment complex is very quite and peaceful. The people around me are very nice and quite.
Literally the cheapest place I could find - but it feels like it's only the 2nd or 3rd cheapest This apartment complex is a bargain if you like sleeping indoors! Other than that, you get what you pay for. Cost: Their promotional rent was great! I got two months of rent half-off and they were very lenient about the move in dates. There is a pet fee, but no pet rent. One issue: when I dropped off my first rent check, they told me to put it in what ended up being their outgoing mail. If you looking to lease apartment go to cimarron apartments for the past two years i been living at this property and i been so happy here since they have the new office staff everything is been good any time we request maintenance we been attending quickly they also have a surveillance cameras on property plus security guard on weekends.
