I moved in here June 14.This place is a dump.The carpet has stains and paint from last renter. The dishwasher doesn't work.The oven will not get hot enough to cook a pizza.The ac did not work when I moved in and can not keep the temperature below 78degrees.There is big holes in the walls under the sinks The shower valve that turns the water into a shower is stripped.None of these things has been fixed and should have been taken care of before I moved in.
