If you have a normal job i.e. 8-5 you will never see the staff. They often close early and do not leave a notice. When we moved in there were several outlets (all but 1) that did not work. When we moved out only 4 worked they never bothered looking at the others. The only appliance that worked when we moved in was the refrigerator. Had to contact the office by phone several times for it to get fixed. Most of the residence are either retired or disabled.
