I’d encourage people to look at Yelp for accurate reviews of the property and staff. Instead of inflated and fake reviews created by the manager. Case in point: the manager on yelp posting HER own review and REPLYING TO HER OWN REVIEW. This is a perfect example of how delusional and out of touch the property management is. (see photo below ) On Yelp you can see how many people have complained so I can assure you this is not an anomaly. Save yourself the trouble.
I came a long way from the Midwest to west coast to live live in the sun and party till we can’t no more I work on the entertainment life and my best decision was moving to Las Vegas ! I’ve had a decent experience living at Cimarron Apartments. The location is convenient, close to stores, schools, and everyday essentials, which makes life a lot easier. The property is generally quiet, and the grounds are kept fairly clean. Maintenance usually responds in a reasonable amount of time, and the staff has been helpful when issues come up.
