I absolutely loved my tour with Cynthia she took her time and did not rush she broke everything down to me and made me feel very comfortable and already at home she knowledgeable I also had the pleasure of meeting the property manager Annette she was also very welcoming I look forward to applying here and making cimmaron my home

Living there was a terrible experience. If the rent is that cheap, trust me—there’s a reason.
This is by far the worst community I have ever lived in during all my years in Las Vegas. The place is dirty, outdated, and extremely uncomfortable to live in. Residents are not allowed to use their own balconies or patios. Bicycles, scooters, or grills are strictly prohibited—only chairs are allowed. Even the storage closet on the balcony is locked by management, making it completely useless. To make matters worse, management fines residents $100 if you leave something as simple as a bicycle in front of your apartment door.... read more
Dear Annette, In response to your comment on my previous review of the apartment complex you manage, I would like to clarify a few points: 1. The photos included in my previous review are the FINAL PHOTOS OF MY APARTMENT. I took them myself before closing the door and returning the keys to the office. Nothing was broken and it was clean. 2. Regarding the “security” offered by the complex, on one occasion we called about a situation and were told that nothing could be done, and that if we wished, we should contact the police.... read more
