It started off good when moved in. But then issues happened. Maintenance takes their time to get to you when something goes wrong. Then you move out and leave the apartment spotless then they hit you with all kinds of fees and send you straight to collections without sending you a letter. Worst place ever rented from. Save yourself time and just rent from owner. Cockroaches in closets and kitchen even when your place is clean. Dirty pool.
Stay away from this place, when you move out there’s going to be a lot of fake charges.
This apartment is awful. There are cockroaches everywhere, and I even saw a huge rat run across the complex to the mailbox. The pool is always closed, and whenever they say it’s closed, they never say when it will reopen. But guess what showed up on my rent? A pool fee.
I didn't hate living there. The management is very kind and maintenance is attentive. The grounds were kept clean.
Rico has went beyond measures to help me get my new place. He is the best and is willing to help you in anyway.
