I have lived here for quite some time now and have seen a few managers come and go. We just recently got a new manager Duane Dove. He has really made a difference here sprucing the place up. I'm very impressed with his organization, how fast he is to respond and how thoughtful he is. Thank you Rozeboom for sending this guy our way. Really means a lot to have such a fantastic person taking care of our home.

Zero stars deserved but not option. Took almost 90 days to get deposit back after calling several times and they took half of my deposit without even telling me. I had even paid professional cleaning service at move out and place was ready for move in.
Poor building with little to no amenities. This place is managed by an inept couple who do not care for the condition of the property on the enforcement of building regulations. Look elsewhere.
I've lived here for over a year and have nothing but great things to say about the place. Quiet building with excellent sound insulation between apartments. Mike and Sharon, the management team, do a great job of keeping the place clean and are quick to respond to any tenant needs. Highly recommended.
