I would not do business with them! They talk bad about their tenants and do not pay contractors that do work for them. They are horrible with communication to the contractors and tenants they work with! They do not care how bad the property gets or the health hazard they pose to the tenants! Beware of Betsy Morales and her husband. They are scum bags!
