Lived at Channel House for 1.5 years, without a doubt the worst management I’ve ever experienced
Terrible management. Channel house is ran terribly.
They manage the worst properties, especially Channel House. Do not schedule a tour appointment, no one will bother showing up.
Poor property management, they ramp up CAM expenses to increase their revenue....tenants end up leaving. The Plant shopping center has to be the worst managed property in the south bay, our charges more than doubled since CIM took over the management with no noticeable change in the shopping center... go figure.
