This is at the Little Zoe apartment complex in West Adams. This trash was left for days in front of a car whos owner pays $200 to park there and has OVER PAID the trash service since 2022 when we initially moved in. Trash pick up comes ONCE a week and they said it's standard for a unit of only 8 tenants PLUS A RETAIL underneath the building who throws their trash away too! BEEN TELLING THEM FOR OVER A YEAR ONCE A WEEK IS NOT ENOUGH AND YOU HAVE US PAYING TRASH FOR SOME TENANTS THAT ARE NOT EVEN ALLOWED TO BE LIVING IN THE BU... read more
Bad investment, bad customer service, bad company.
CIM GROUP ALLOWS THEIR MANAGEMENT/MAINTENANCE TO ILLEGALLY ENTER YOUR PROPERTY AND DENY IT WHEN CONFRONTED. IN OTHER WORDS THEY ALLOW TRESPASSING SO YOU PAY FOR RENT BUT HAVE NO ABSOLUTE PRIVACY. THEY WILL POST 24 HOUR ENTRY NOTICE BUT CONTINUE THEIR WORK DAYS AFTER THE INFORMED TIME, LEAVING YOUR APARTMENT DOOR OPEN AND ENTERING AS THEY PLEASE.
