HAVE A GREAT EXPERIENCE, staff ANG was really helpful while booking room for my husband to his visit in melbourne, ANG helped me lot from booking till pick up my hubby from airport, politely answer my all queries and friendly nature. Highly recommended.
Only problem is the door on the lift closes too quickly, making it difficult with baggage & elderly
