I have purchased two cilogear 30L W/NWD WorkSack 3000487NM @ $500.00 plus tax each. I am missing some straps for the side of the bags and I cannot get anyone to either answer the phone or respond to my email. I believe these folks are out business

Trying to call em for last 2 months - No answer. Voice mail everytime. Called morning, evening right at 10AM or at 4PM - same thing no answer. I have two of their packs - guide 60 and worksack 70. Practically no support. They used to at least pick up the phone before when I did call in the morning. I am not sure if they still in business or just don't care any more. Very Frustrating.

This bag is the most uncomfortable bag I have worn in my mountaineering career. I wonder if you have field tested it? This bag ... read more

These are among the best packs made anywhere, bar none. I've had mine for a while now and they are bombproof. Cilo Gear is not a generic pack manufacturer, they make functional and capable packs that are purpose-built for alpinists and outdoors people. Highly recommended.
