I called Cilento Pipeline because of the great reviews on the Better Business Bureau. I have a high efficiency boiler & his knowledge saved me a possible $1300.00 in repairs. If you’re looking for a competent and honest plumber I strongly recommend you call them.

I had Nick and Danny at my home the other day. They were the NICEST guys! They were both extremely polite, professional and clean! I told them I had known John for over 25 years. They shared with me that they were both fairly new to the company, one of them had only been with Cilento for a week. I shared with them that they were both lucky to work for a stand up businessman like, John Cilento. Once again, Cilento Pipeline has come to the rescue. I know we can count on them to figure out the problem and get the job done in a timely fashion. I am always am impressed that the owner, John, always appears on the job. It really puts you at ease. Cilento is a fair knowledgeable company and I tell everyone about them. Thank you Cilento !

Woke up this morning and had to take an ice cold shower. I knew my Water Heater was due since it was 16 years old. Searched the web for a plumber and found Cilento Plumbing in Oceanside. Called at 9:30 AM, John was here at 1:30 PM and had my new heater installed by 3:30 PM. Great price, professional job. John is the owner, and a true gentleman. He's a reliable plumber with a highly regarded reputation in the community. Highly recommend!

I have had an excellent experience with Cilento Plumbing. I talked to Matt, Marsha and Brooke at the office and Dan came to my house to do work. ALL were friendly, honest and knowledgeable. john and his crew installed a Navien CH-240 combo Boiler and water heater for me . He told me to get other estimates ,so I did . The other estimates were double what he gave as a install quote. i went with John (Cilento) with fingers crossed since he came in lower. His knowledge and expertise,dedication to a quality workmanship far exceeded my expectations. Highly Highly recomend .

I had a complete oil to gas conversion that now is saving me tons of money. John Cilento and his team of smart courteous, clean professionals performed the work quickly, without any problems or issues. Without a doubt one of the highest rated plumbing and heating organizations on Long Island. I will be using them for the next 30 years !!
