THE best Mexican restaurant in Hudson Valley, hands-down. I can't believe this place doesn't have an average of 5 stars. Moved to HV from NYC, so we've had our share of authentic and/or delicious Mexican food...Cilantro is the best. We drive from Poughkeepsie specifically to eat here most Sundays.
