Unprofessional company and terrible operation services. we have a FCL co-load shipment in July 2019, and all freight charges were cleared 7/29/2019. CIL sent over a detention bill on 3/11/2020, 9 months later. the O.P. is unprofessional and hold up our another new shipment which arriving on 3/19/2020 without following the NVOCC and FMC regulations. our requests and responses are keep being ignored. we had filed the business complaints to FMC and BBB. Not even worth for 1 star rating
