I could not have navigated purchasing my first home without Ciji’s assistance, expertise, and knowledge. She is able to explain the complexities of real estate jargon in laments terms. She broke down the whole process step by step for us, had so many great connections in the industry, and was always HONEST about what would be a good investment/what to watch out for down the line. Can’t recommend her enough—-especially to first time home buyers!

Ciji is a kind, knowledgeable broker, but I unfortunately can’t recommend her. Frequently gone or busy, she sent me to many open houses alone as a first time home buyer. She also provided poor guidance and a lack of communication that ultimately lost me a truly amazing home that offered an incredibly unique rental opportunity that was a requirement in my home search. As a home inspector, I REALLY appreciate Ciji’s proactiveness for our clients. Before we even leave an inspection (and sometimes even before I START the inspection!), she is ON TOP of everything- always contacting contractors for bids or further evaluation, anticipating issues for the buyers so that they are the MOST informed in their decisions.
