The staff is great, the building is ALWAYS clean. However, the phone service could be a little better. I wouldn’t say it was bothersome that I have to be jumped around to a few different places to get to the correct department, but if they could just put a list of the numbers for each department in the building that would be great. Other than that, I love Cigna. & encourage others to come to this building as well. ( if in network of course.)
