Worst experience ever.
Amazingly patient and helpful staff! I am so pleased with the help they have been providing for my Father who is losing his sight due to years of untreated diabetes. Thank you all so much! He's also not exactly an easy person to deal with, so again... Thank you all for being so nice to him and helping him!
My wife showed up for her appointment only to be told that it had been canceled because the doctor moved to another location. The admin staff said that they had tried to call her twice and also sent her a letter two weeks prior confirming the cancellation. They had the correct phone number and address, but she never received calls on the days they said they placed them. Never received a letter either.
