Update - 2025 There was a nightmare scenario with health insurance but they fixed it and went above and beyond and I appreciate that a lot. I hate the company but I love the doctors and the team. I trust both Dr. Gadow and Dr. Del Mundo more than any other doctors in the valley - both take time to understand your concerns. Dr. Del Mundo is very analytical, much more so than other doctors, which deserves high praise. I visited Dr. Del Mundo a year ago for irregular menstrual cycles and my hair thinning. I expressed my concerns to her and she did not seem to take me seriously. She told me to simply "part my hair another way" and took her fingertips and flipped my hair to over to the side to cover the thinning. She did not recommend any bloodwork or further testing, and I paid a ridiculous amount of money for hair styling advice when I was looking to figure out the underlying cause. I like the doctors here, but I hate the company. I have been trying to pay them for a partial medical bill from a doctors visit like two months ago but their billing portal has been down the entire last 60 days - every single day - and I know this because I call them all the time and their billing portal phone line is also down and no one will take your call to take your money.
