The service levels have changed since Dr. Arnecke retired. While I had a very good experience with NP Lisa Sanders; I find the customer service lacks in follow-up on patient requests & issues. I attempted to resolve an Rx refill issue between Evernorth (Scottsdale Norte Health Center) and the pharmacy for 3 business days with no follow-up or resolution. The pharmacy faxed the request twice and when I called (twice) - Evernorth claims they haven't received the fax, however the nurse will call me when it arrives. No one from E... read more

DO NOT GO HERE IT TAKES A MONTH TO GET AN APPT EVEN IF YOUR VERY SICK, they take over 3 days to refill a prescription. This is nothing but a corporate numbers game, you will not get individualized care from their overworked new young Drs. I have to switch to another MD now since my previous MD retired.
