I been at Evernorth Care Group a couple years, Dr. Gawelko was my last Dr there for a year, he seems real nice and caring, then he says things to you side ways, I have many health issues , one of his responses was “wont be long before your in the nursing home” I’m Only 58 and working on my health. I've been going to this facility for years for my blood work. Recently there has been one female that basically has refused to do my tests. I was told I needed labcorp account number and diagnosis code. I got the information from my doctor and tried again. I have been there 3 times for this test. When I went yesterday she wrote this long note on my order saying it had to be submitted electronically and that I didn't have the right codes.
