Wish I could rate this company zero stars
Bad bad drug plan go find a better company. When you call for help you will be routed to overseas Philippines and difficult to understand the reps because of their Phillpine accent. Spent over 1 hour trying to get to the right plan and the props are incorrect. Switching drog plans immediately.
Cigna Medicare Advantage is the worst medical insurance you can get. Every time my doctor's put in for a procedure it gets denied by artificial intelligence by EviCore. Then each time you have to appeal the fake decision through a human at Cigna. Then you have to wait 30 days for them to make a decision. Meanwhile you are in pain, and Cigna does not care.
