The worst medical insurance provider ever! No one responds to the inquiries and processing of medical claims!
CIGNA is a cancer on the healthcare system. I can't schedule an in-person visit. I have tried using their Telehealth services but their video application does not work. I have used almost every other audio/video chat service (Google Hangout, Zoom, Slack, etc) without problems. The doctor is trying to call me and we can't get a simple phone connection without getting a phone bot menu in between us. After 5 minutes, the Doctor left the video chat and marked my appointment as missed. My rates for a new appointment just went up ... read more
Don’t choose SIGNA. I paid more than 10000 dollars in 2 years. They only reimbursed a few hundreds dollars. They refused to pay most medical bills. I will never use SIGNA again.
