They still use fax and refuse to send documents via email
They deny liver transplants!!!! They don't cover life saving procedures?!?!?! Horrible company, awful customer service that just transfers you to people that don't know what they're doing only to transfer you to some other clueless worker, who transfers you to someone who can't even help you.
Cigna denies claims for treatment that is necessary to keep people alive and then doesn't even send a denial letter and their case managers won't answer the phone to even discuss or appeal the denial. Cigna will take your money and let you die and their rates keep increasing. If you're in Colorado, you are better off with Kaiser. You can look up @keatonherzer on Instagram to see documented evidence of their many shortcomings. Pray you don't get a case manager named Rachel she will let you die while spending her day on coffee... read more
Unless you guys want some more mario bros action you need to tell Rachel or someone with some authority to call my boy Keaton back and get his liver transplant approved asap! And stop tranfering him back to healthnet!
