Worst company
I literally broke my foot - visible on an x-ray and they have denied my MRI for over a year now. They do not care about you, and if I could give them negative stars I would. Absolutely disgraceful and terrible.
On phone today for 2 1/2 hours with Cigna reps in Phillipines regarding prescription drug plan. Had questions re: my meds and got different answers from 3 different agents. Finally reached someone in USA and they connected me with pharmacist who also was not too familiar with order process protocol. I pray things are smoother with next phone .
I m on the phone to get copay for 2025 , talked to 3 people and know one knows. Web site is a loop takes you from point a to b to and back to a. It’s disaster U try to go back my previous plan
If there is less than one star, I would give that. They are one of the worst healthcare companies, worst customer service, they do not want to cover the services they supposed to cover.
