Cigna denied a prior authorization and stated reason why. I got another one done and met the criteria. They denied it again, then this time they gave a completely new reason why they wont cover my script. Apparently Cigna is authorized to practice medicine now and gets to choose what they think is best for the patient. I feel for others who are in way worse situations then I am. Cigna is going to kill peope.
Worst company
I literally broke my foot - visible on an x-ray and they have denied my MRI for over a year now. They do not care about you, and if I could give them negative stars I would. Absolutely disgraceful and terrible.
On phone today for 2 1/2 hours with Cigna reps in Phillipines regarding prescription drug plan. Had questions re: my meds and got different answers from 3 different agents. Finally reached someone in USA and they connected me with pharmacist who also was not too familiar with order process protocol. I pray things are smoother with next phone .
