After having the best, Devoted ,but could not get them this year, I took Cigna. Worse mistake ever. Hope I can make it till next year so I can get care. They charge for office visit copay and then still charge more, even tho they already have a co pay. Can't get referrals right. No one is in the USA. Unbelievable! Please stay away. Hope I can make it through the year. Even claim I maxed my prescriptions out and stage 2. My total is only $200.:

It’s a good insurance, especially if your employer covers part of it. However, even with that support, the cost was still a bit high. Still, the coverage is decent and the process was straightforward.
Absolutely horrible healthcare insurance. Incompetence is standard. I have been unable to get care from specialists because this company cannot assign me the PCP I have been requesting since January. I have called 50+ times about the same issue. Every time they claim to have fixed the issue. I wrote 2 letters to their grievance department. The response was to send me form letters which claimed to have solved my issue (they didn't). The letters didn't even bother to address the specific issues I raised.
