Cigna advertises comprehensive coverage, but in reality, they impose countless restrictions, hidden clauses, and surprise out-of-network charges. What initially seems like a good plan turns into a nightmare when you realize how little they actually cover.
Worst company ever, their preventive care does not include basic care tests. Though they have a hefty price tag for healthcare. Never recommend this company, stay away from them.
Worst insurance company... Customer service lies to you and talks over you, doesn't listen to what's going on, and immediately blames either the doctor or the pharmacy. I'd give negative stars if possible. And for how much they cost, this is more than just shameful, it feels more like theft. Getting an answer out them whether it's a right or wrong answer, is like having your teeth pulled without anesthesia.
Scam after Cigna told me I’m covered for procedure after I paid and file a claim they denied it totally scam
This is a rubbish insurance company. Don't buy this insurance. You need insurance authorization every time you see a doctor. You can't see a doctor at all.
