TL:DR: Great communication, terrible policies for Insulin. Let me give you a timeline of events of this insurance since we had to switch from Select Health to Cigna and tell the story of the jounry thus far: December 2025: None of us could access our accounts because of errors on their part. These health insurance companies make billions a year and still find any excuse to not pay. Do better!
Called them and they answered but wouldn’t speak until a man started talking in a Batman voice. By far the worst insurance
Providers don't want to take it and you end up paying thousand out of pocket.
