The original csr you get when you call are grwat, attentive and speak clearly. Once you get transferred that service changes. They are not very knowledgeable of who you need to speak to about an issue. I got transferred 8 times during a 45 minute call and when I finally thought I was getting to the right Dept, you get put on hold to messages that say "experiencing longer than normal wait times, please continue to hold", which now takes my call to an hr and still didn't get an answer.
