I was pleased with the service of the front desk person. She was friendly and went out of her way to help me get an order for blood work in a timely manner (my doctor was supposed to order it, but didn t).The reason I am writing this review is due to the treatment of the phlebotomist. She was professional, but very curt. I felt that I was taking up her time and she would rather be someplace else. It does not cost anything to be pleasant with her patients.
