The worst insurance ever just Lies and deception all around from this company. Had cigna insurance for over 30 years and paid my premiums on time and never missed a payment. After 30 plus years paying my premiums they refused to cover cost of my knee replacement surgery. Said it wasn’t needed medical care according to their doctors. They said all I needed was wrap a brace around my knee. And then I would be fine.
