I recently purchased two items from this store, and neither of them worked properly. When I returned to exchange them, I was told there was nothing they could do. This is unacceptable, why sell defective products in the first place? If you can’t stand by the quality of what you’re selling, you shouldn’t be in business. The lack of customer support and accountability was extremely disappointing.
