This building is well kept and priced favorably for perspective renters. Property Manager is very experienced and easy to work with. There are not very many buildings such as this that offer quality living at a realistic price!
Terrible place. I have been dealing with bedbugs the entire time living there. The building is infested with bedbugs and also has a big rat problem. The property mgr Petra lets bums and addicts live here. She ignores all requests for assistance and is unkind and a bully. Nothing gets fixed. Stay away from this place!!
Overall this building is very good and very well run.Petra, the Property Manager keeps things running well and screens all potential tenants very carefully, which is very important. A person looking to rent would feel lucky to get an apartment here.
This place has turned out to be a nightmare! Nothing gets fixed and bedbugs everywhere! Seriously, stay away!
