My kitchen faucet has several problems, including leaking after 3 years of use. The plumber says that he cannot obtain parts to fix it and suggested I contact the company. The phone number on the website is disconnected. They do not respond to my request for them to contact me from the contacts page on their website. Before you purchase a faucet from Cifial, attempt to contact them as though you have a warranty issue. You will find that there is no way to get warranty service.
