Would not use them again.
Accused us of painting the inside of the house when it was already that color when we rented it..not sure how it came to that but they kept some of the deposit for that. Even though we did not..Just be careful and take pictures of anything and everything as soon as you move in..
CIF is a terrible property management company, they gave me a work order to fill out issues for repair, fridge had black mold and very disgusting, dishwasher is rusted out, ac is over 30 years old and outdated not cost efficient according to the electric bill. 😑 only been in the rental for 3 weeks and just amazed how they are accepting these conditions of appliances and they expect you to use them for little kids.
