Hauled a load for these guys, sent in rate confirmation and all paperwork as instructed. They short paid us for no apparent reason, gave us the run around for days then wont answer or return calls or messages. BEWARE do not work with these clowns..
DO NOT USE… booked a vehicle for pick up with 30 days advance notice. Gave them a 5 day window of IDEAL pick up but ere flexible. They failed to communicate after the deposit was given. This was for a 80 yr old ill person whom was moving from NC to NJ to live in an assisted living facility. We now have a car in NC and the person in NJ. No family in area or trusted person to assist.
