I’ve dealt with hearing loss for 10 years following with ENT providers at S&W consistently. I had an early morning appointment, paying 250$ for an audiogram. This visit resulted in me feeling at fault for an inconclusive test, without any discussion of the findings. I was only asked to reschedule, repeat the test, and repay the fee.
