Cierra is a one of a kind, to say the least! Her knowledge about the industry and ability to problem solve on the spot so gracefully is admirable. She has been so comforting when dealing with the pressures that come with the home buying process. Considering all of the creative negotiating and savings she helped finesse along the way I can't imagine going to anyone else! Thank you Cierra so much for taking such great care of us. We bought our first house with Cierra and we are a bit disappointed. The referral we received from her for a banker to work with was horrible, had a very bad attitude and not helpful. Our final walkthrough the main issue wasn’t addressed or brought up. A pro about working with Cierra was she was available always.
