Very unprofessional! Multiple calls go unanswered. No responses to emails. Receptionist cannot answer simple questions, always transferring to the property manager who never picks up the calls. Registered for an inspection within a new estate that has rentals but no address on google maps so asked the receptionist for directions, she didn’t know so she transferred me again to the property manager who did not answer. First time renting through them and the process has been great. Very responsive, nice and understanding. Sasha is so quick to get back to you unlike the majority of real estate agents who take days. Much better than the leading real estate agents (Harcourts, Ray White).
