Ciena Healthcare is a company that truly cares about the patients it services and I would recommend them to anyone looking for skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
I called and asked for the HR department and the lady put me on hold and never came back! I called again and she did the same thing! Smh horrible customer service!
This place is literal hell on earth (Regency at Waterford MI) so unless you want your family neglected daily… RUN. The care they have for the residents is NONE from housekeeping all the way to upper “management”. These residents will go days soiled, the CNA’s will tell you they changed the resident but when they’re in white pants for three days with a very visible urine stain that’s not CHANGED. My father has been a patient at Lakeshore Manor in Tawas City, Michigan for quite some time. I have written a review on the Lakeview Manor site. Ciena Healthcare either doesn't care how their facilities operate. If they did you would see more responses on their reviews. In my opinion, they a strictly a for profit organzation. Their patients well being is secondary to their profits. Their relationship with Theoria Medical is questionable. Laurels of willow Creek has barred me from providing urgently needed pastoral care to one of my parishioners at their facility. In the meantime my parishioner is suffering with a constant I myself experienced. Bad management/administration
