Laurels of willow Creek has barred me from providing urgently needed pastoral care to one of my parishioners at their facility. In the meantime my parishioner is suffering with a constant I myself experienced. Bad management/administration

Listen Ciena is managed by multiple places. Willowbrook Manor in Flint, Regency in Grand Blanc, Kith Haven in Flint, and Fenton Healthcare in Fenton. The patient ratio at Willowbrook for ONE person is 16 patients! THAT IS WAAAAY TOO MANY! U can't give good care with THAT many patients! My dad has been on the short term section and it's been nothing but hell! Kith Haven is even worse everyone in the city knows NOT to go there cuz of how had it is. I have worked for this company for 18 years it is a great company family oriented. Great team building really care about their employees. I have recently relocated my father from California to North Carolina. My father had a stroke and placed in a nursing facility in California and the care was not good. Regency is Chene nursing home and rehab facility is a great place to be a great administrator, nurses, Activity department, social workers, housekeepers, and even the Admissions department are fantastic. Not to mention, is the newest nursing home in the city near downtown Detroit. Your love would love to be a part of This Regency At Chene family .
