Ciena Healthcare is a company that truly cares about the patients it services and I would recommend them to anyone looking for skilled nursing and rehabilitation.
I called and asked for the HR department and the lady put me on hold and never came back! I called again and she did the same thing! Smh horrible customer service!
This place is literal hell on earth (Regency at Waterford MI) so unless you want your family neglected daily… RUN. The care they have for the residents is NONE from housekeeping all the way to upper “management”. These residents will go days soiled, the CNA’s will tell you they changed the resident but when they’re in white pants for three days with a very visible urine stain that’s not CHANGED.
