The new management has made a big difference here. You can tell they actually care about improving the property. The units are clean and the upgrades are nice without being over the top.
I’ve been living at Cielo Vista for about 6 months and overall it’s been a really solid experience. Management is responsive and maintenance usually gets things done within a day or two. Definitely one of the better places in Carlsbad.

The unit itself is cute and spacious. However, pay attention to the most recent reviews on this place. First day of getting my unit I had to clean out trash from the previous person, the toilet did not work at all, the light on the microwave did not work at all, the bathroom sink does not plug, the screen door was detached ETC. They refuse to make apartments ready to live in, as demonstrated by myself and several others written here. They even marked my work orders as complete when nothing was done to make fixes!
