Do NOT recommend renting here! I moved in almost 3 months ago and unfortunately it has been a terrible experience. The apartment advertises that they have a gym, which they don’t. The apartment was in terrible shape and should not have been rented until basic things, like the heater were fixed. The maintenance staff has been entering units without 24 hours notice, while people are at work. I came home today to find they had spray painted my bathtub without notifying me. Such a terrible apartments everyday some other problem comes like first we had an issue with kitchen sink second we had problem with shower they havent fixed yet it has been 4 months already and then there is a water leak which we were informing them daily but they dont show up or they dont even bother about it such a nasty place to live here
Firstly, when we leased the apartments they never informed that the bathroom door was broken and was not fixed until a month. The sinks, outlets were rusty and had clogging issues. Then comes the shower problem and AC vent problem where the water is leaking since twenty days and no one takes care of it. Tired of these apartments and not worth the cost. Worst apartments ever.
