I just moved in and had hot water issues in the kitchen. Management and their team were quick to resolve the issue. Thank you
We moved into this apartment about four months ago and everything was fine until we had maintenance issues. The apartment above us had a leak that went through our bathroom ceiling and created a giant hole. We have been trying to get it fixed for weeks now but no one ever even answers the phone. We had to go as far as writing a note and leaving it on the office door just to try to get someone to contact us back. It's an alright place to live , but I just don't like the fence around the pool what happens if some one is drowning or has a heart attack, you can't get to the person on time. There's no hot tub and the club house is lock up.
The management team has done a great job taking care of maintenance issues. Would definitely recommend.
