The stores are fine for the most part, but the people running the kiosks near the Macy's store are beyond rude. How many times do I need to say "I'm not interested," before they realize I don't need, nor want what they're are trying to sell me. Everything else was fine though. Only thing I'd set to improve would be addressing these people running the kiosks to work on being more polite with the people. If we're interested in your product... we'll let you know.
Icings is my favorite.
I had not been to the mall there in about 7 years, I went just to see how much it had changed & check out different stores that we do not have in Joplin. I was pleased to see it was packed & enjoyed the stores.
Was amazing!! We are from Indiana and don't have malls that big there. Got to shop and just browse. Can't wait to go back.
This is specifically about David from Teavana! He is so joyful and loves his job! He explained so many products and how to get started. He's so enthusiastic and he's the #1 reason I have gone there the few times I have. I hope he gets promoted or something because he really deserves it!!
Its very clean in appearance. Shops are over crammed with items, associates are scarce. Items are high priced even more than I remember a year ago maybe its due to Christmas season. Food court is small and uncomfortable that made me want to leave it. It is a good looking little mall though bottom line. 4/5 Being Nice. =)
Got totally ripped off by the Halloween costume store on the east side....you guys should not lease to crooks like this store
It is a great place to shop and has many good restaurants in the food court but I have to file a grievance about one of the restaurants in the food court it is a Mexican restaurant in the location were Taco Bell used to be we had some tacos there they were by far the worst I've ever had in my life and completley inedible. that is no exaggeration. and I am now sick from food poisoning after eating less than half a taco. I'll be going back to the mall tomorrow to file a formal grievance
