What is going on at this mall? This used to be a fabulous mall, filled with stores, restaurants and people. The last few years it has steadily gone down hill. Every month, we lose big name stores and they are being replaced with a bunch of junk. I really hope that this doesn’t turn into the Laguna Hills Mall. What is management doing to keep the stores we have and to prevent more from leaving?

I reallly reallly don’t like the service over here . You need training your people . Pandora is my favorite store but not this one in Lenox .
