the fact that it's in ashwabenon is number 1 reason.. but stupid stuff like having mall security kicking out a grown man for wearing a shirt that says "fuck" on it..yet has stores in said mall that sells exactly this type of clothing.. way to go bay park security team.. I get it young kids around and all..BUT YOU SELL THE SAME IF NOT WORSE THAN THIS.. pick a battle and stick to it fully.. don't kick out the people coming to YOUR location buying from YOUR stores..that's just bad business..🖕🖕🖕
I called the day after leaving when something was incorrect on my bill. The front desk promised to call back shortly (they took my name and number), but failed to call and 5 days later I again initiated contact. On my second call, I was informed the agent who I dealt with at check in and out was a "new hire", and the hotel would not stand by what the front desk agent had told me.
