We had such a great experience at Cielo Stone & Tile! The showroom is stunning so many beautiful options for tile, stone hardwood and cabinetry. The staff was incredibly knowledgeable and walked us through every detail, from installation guidance to what to expect with natural variation in porcelain and stone. This place has a great selection of tiles and helps with your selection from a design poit of view. Their wharehouse staff guy is very courteous and amenable to your needs. They do not allow returns on unused tile, though. So, beware. Laura also could use some 'vocal syrup' on her rather curt phone converstion tone . We ARE in the South after all ! lol.

I feel badly giving a poor review of a local company but this experience has been extremely disheartening. First, let me mention that this is our third time using Cielo for tiling. They have a great showroom and the help we received when looking through tile has always been very good. Our first experience five years ago was positive and we recommended Cielo Stone and Tile to many neighbors afterwards. The second time we ordered from Cielo Stone and Tile was in January, 2025. I ordered some South Seas Super White Mini Brick Pearl Shell tiles. The tiles are beautiful! I was going to have the tiles installed directly on the wall but because the tiles are so beautiful, I decided to have the tiles made into two art pieces. That way, if I move I will be able to take these art panels with me. Cielo Stone & Tile has a large selection of products to choose from, so you will find something you like there.
