I would like to recognize the frontdesk. People Awesome, Donora,Yessica, Sandra. Veronica, sorry I didn't put all the other frontdesk people's name and Maintenance Ezekiel. The housekeeping team, I'm sorry, I don't remember the names. Great location across from the park, a couple of gas stations, McDonald's a lot of places to eat. Entertainment as well.
My son was hospitalized the weekend of our reservation so we couldn’t make it to bishop, they refused to push our date out to another day and refused to give a refund even if I offered to provide proof of documentation. No human kindness. We won’t be back.
Our family trip had to be canceled due to my sweet grand baby in the hospital. My daughter was refused a refund and asked to simply swap the date to another weekend instead. They said no even if she provided hospital documentation. Not our KIND of people to do business with in the future.
