Cielo Hair Spa is truly a hidden gem. I go there for everything- blowouts spa pedicure, and massage- and every single service is done with so much care and professionalism. I appreciate their service and how kind they were to me, but this place was not worth the amount I spent. To start, I came in about two weeks ago. I had asked for a red hair color and asked if they could fix my blonde highlights. Before applying the dye, when we were going over pricing she then proceeded to ask me if I wanted a haircut, as much as I may have needed it I said no because that's not the service I asked for, but she began to pressure me and show me what my hair looked like in the mirror and say it was needed, an... read more
I went here for color correction. I was estimated $250. It took FIVE HOURS and I ended up paying $500 dollars, without letting me know the price was getting higher. And within a few days, all the dye washed out, leaving my hair in an even worse state than before. Would not recommend.
All I can say is PERFECTION!!!. Excellent work, excellent people ! Completely honest on what can and can't be accomplished! I love my hair
