I went to Cielo for the first time today and had the most wonderful hair experience of my life from start to finish. This family clearly has a passion for not only this spa, but also for genuine hospitality towards people. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. At one point my stylist ask me if she could excuse herself to say good to the other clientele leaving. She said good bye with a warm hug and "Ciao Bella" that was so endearing. had an amazing experience here today. walked in and was served fresh espresso, met with a very calm atmosphere. Julia was absolutely fabulous, and so kind. along with the rest of her wonderful staff. She was so kind enough to fit me in day of, and treated me so great. I will 100% be back here, and i have never been so happy with a haircut. Side note: my hair has never been washed so good.. i was convinced i was getting a whole head massage haha. absolutely fantastic all around. Thanks again, Julia!

I walked in feeling so nervous and emotional because my hair was messed up so bad I really thought I was going to have to shave it all off. I’ve always had long hair, so this was a big deal for me.
