The worst customer service! I tried to reach the Sales Office by phone and got a voice mail. Mariessa texted me a few minutes later, she said she was on the other line and couldn't pick up, and asked how she could assist me. I texted her back with a few questions, it's been over three hours and no response. I tried their online chat, but could only leave a message, no response to that either.
